About us

Dedicated to fostering informed and inclusive communities through engaging, high-quality learning experiences, we specialise in expert training sessions and workshops focusing on two key areas:

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion with a focus on Women's Rights and Equality: Our programmes address critical issues surrounding gender equality, empowering individuals and organisations to cultivate environments of respect, equity, and understanding. We also offer specialized courses on crucial topics such as domestic abuse and sexual harassment.

UK Democracy and Civic Engagement: We offer insightful workshops and courses designed to demystify the intricacies of UK democratic processes and structures. Our aims are to equip participants with a deeper understanding of how decisions are made, how policies are shaped, and crucially, how they can develop their own voice and agency to actively engage and participate in democratic life.

Serving a diverse range of clients, including organisations, workplaces, schools, and educational establishments. With a proven expertise spanning both secondary education and adult learning, Luminate is uniquely positioned to offer bespoke courses tailored to various age groups and learning needs. Our mission is to illuminate pathways to equality, empowerment, and active citizenship.
